Thank you for shopping at Valnori. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. To return your order, please follow the instructions below.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received the item.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return Procedure

Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.
You must always contact us beforehand to receive a return authorization and the correct return address.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order will be processed and can no longer be canceled.
If you still wish to cancel after this timeframe, you will need to wait to receive the package and then submit a return request.

Defective or damaged items: we only exchange items that are defective or damaged during transport.
If you would like an exchange for the same item, please contact us by email to arrange the exchange process.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@valnori.com or through our contact form.
Once the item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival.
After inspection, we will immediately inform you of the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding sale items).
You will receive the refund within 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
